Shipping

All orders are shipped from my studio in Redesdale, Victoria. As I live in a rural area, I ship parcels once a week on Wednesdays.

Once your purchase is confirmed, your order will be included in the next Wednesday dispatch.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to account for postal delays.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post with full insurance for the purchase value.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been shipped.

If you need your order urgently, please get in touch before purchasing and I will let you know what is possible via the contact form on this website.

Returns and Damage Policy

Because each piece is unique, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please make contact within 24 hours of receiving it using the contact form on this website.

Please include:

• Clear photographs of the damage

• A photograph of the packaging

• Your name and best contact details

Once I have received your message, I will be in touch to arrange a replacement or alternative solution.

In the case of original artwork, an exact replacement may not be possible. If a replacement is not available, you can choose between a full refund or store credit.

By completing a purchase on this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

I reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will apply from the date they are published on this page.

Product Information

I take care to ensure all artwork and product photographs are as accurate as possible.

Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting.

All artwork dimensions listed are approximate.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice.

Once an order is placed, the price at checkout is final.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through the options available at checkout.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

Shipping is available Australia wide.

International shipping may be available on request. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Due to the nature of original and handmade items, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

If a product arrives damaged, the Returns and Damage Policy above applies.

Workshops, Courses and Mentoring

Bookings for workshops, courses or mentoring sessions are final.

If you are unable to attend:

• You may transfer your place to another person.

• If you cancel 14 days or more before the workshop, a credit towards a future class may be offered.

• A refund may be possible if you are able to fill your spot yourself or if a waitlisted student can take your place. This is not guaranteed.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be refunded or credited due to material and catering costs already incurred.

If I need to cancel:

• A full refund will be provided if I am unable to run the workshop and a reschedule is not possible.

• If required, a qualified substitute teacher may run the class.

Participant responsibilities:

• Participants are responsible for travel to and from the venue.

• No refunds are given for lateness, transport issues or inability to attend.

• Participants should wear suitable clothing, including closed-toe shoes and an apron.

• Participants are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety during workshops.

• If catering is provided, please advise dietary requirements ahead of time.

Children and minors:

• The workshop is not suitable for minors under 16 unless prior approval is given.

• Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase.

They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text and designs on this website are the property of Emily Raubenheimer.

They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Privacy

Any personal information provided at checkout or through bookings is used only to process your order or registration.

Your information is never shared or sold.
