SHIPPING

All items are shipped from Redesdale in Victoria.

All items will be shipped within 1 week of the sale. Due to delays caused by COVID, please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery.

All packages are sent via regular Australia Post and insured for the value of the sale. A tracking number will be provided to you once your parcel has been sent.

RETURNS

Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

If an item arrives damaged it must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of the delivery.  Please send an image with the damage (including the packaging) with your name and contact number via email.

​Once your email has been reviewed, I will contact you to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available, or the purchase was an original art painting, we will discuss an alternative resolution.
